General Information:
Your order is made FRESH & usually shipped within 2-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume or orders your shipping date may be delayed. Rush orders can be accommodated at an additional fee. Roughly you will receive your order within 3-10 days after purchase. We ship USPS mail and we ship to the address you provide with your payment. We are not responsible for misdirected mail due to your address errors.
Hours of Operation:
The
best way to reach us is through email and we will always answer you
within 24-48 hours. If you do not receive a response please check your
spam folder. We operate Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MDT. All emails will be answered within these hours, weekend and evening emails will be answered when we return.
Refunds & Returns:
Because our products are made to order on an individual basis we will not accept any returns, exchanges, or refunds. All items are non-refundable. If you have any problems please contact us. Privacy Policy:

sold to anyone. All payments are processed through a third party and no billing or credit card information is kept on file with Inspire Your Walls. We only use your email to contact you if needed & ship
to your goods. On occasion we send out
emails, newsletters, and promotions. If you wish to be removed from
these email lists please use the unsubscribe link within the email. Other Information: Our
website design, contents, artwork, and purchase gallery are copy
written and may not be re-used in any way shape or form without written
permission from us.
Always use caution when applying our decals to your walls and surfaces. Keep all vinyl out of reach of small children to avoid choking. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur upon application & removal. We highly recommend that you warm the vinyl with a blow dryer before peeling off to avoid any damage that may occur. Peel slowly and keep warming it as you peel off in sections. This will assure that you won't pull off any wall paint, etc. |
