How much is shipping? TOP
Shipping is a $6 Flat Rate to anywhere in the U.S.
Meaning you can buy 1 or 20 decals and the shipping will always stay at $6 total. This shipping fee includes shipping & handling.
We ship by USPS. If you order $99 or more worth of product your purchase will ship for
FREE. This will automatically come off at check-out.
We do ship to Canada and the cost of $6 first item, and $2 for each additional item with a max of $12.
What size are the wall decals? TOP
You
will always find the measurements on the product page. Please make sure
you check the measurements before you purchase. Please note that some
decals appear larger in size within the sample pictures. We enlarge the
decals in the images so you can see all the details that would otherwise
not be visible.
How are the decals shipped? TOP
Your
decals will usually arrive flat in a photo mailer or slightly rolled in a box. This
causes no harm to them. Simply pull them out and lay them face up on a
flat surface and rub them over with your included application
stick/or purchased application tool.
Your decals may arrive cut in several
pieces to aid in an easier installation. You may also cut your decals
apart if you would like to off set them or scatter then around. Simply
take a pair of scissors and cut around the images/letters. Careful not
to cut the actual decal.
What payments do you accept? TOP
We currently accept PayPal for payments. If you don't have a paypal account, no worries you can simply use a debit or credit card through paypal as a guest.
How secure is payment made on your website? TOP
All
of your information is kept strictly confidential. It is encrypted and
maintained on a secure server, and is never sold or revealed to any
entity. Order payments are processed securely through Paypal. No Credit Card or payment information is ever stored through
our store.
A decal I saw before isn't available anymore can I still purchase it? TOP
From
time to time we retire designs or limit the amount that can be
purchased. If you don't see one you would like, simply email us and we
can see if it is still available for purchase.
Is your vinyl Glossy or Matte and how long will it last? TOP
We
only use Matte vinyl for our designs. This gives the words a painted on
look and does not have a glare as the glossy does. We use a 6-year high
quality vinyl that will last a long time. Indoors it will pretty much
last forever, until you decide you want to move or change your decor! We
do use Glossy Outdoor vinyl for all vehicle decals.
How do I remove my decals? TOP
When
you are ready to remove your decorative lettering, simply heat with a
blow dryer on low for a few seconds area by area, then start peeling
from the corner and slowly pull downward. Please be careful and move
slowly to ensure you don't pull off your paint with the lettering.
Unfortunately it is not re-usable once removed.
Will these stick to my textured walls? TOP
Unfortunately, we can't answer that question because we aren't standing
in front of your wall. Our decals will stick to most textures as long as
they are not harsh and rough. If your walls are grainy, sandy, or rough
they are not a good base for our decals. Please use discretion when
ordering wall decals for your home and walls. If you are unsure you can
always paint a piece of wood and apply the decal to it. That way you can
move it around if you move, or switch rooms.
I just painted my walls, how long until I can apply lettering? TOP
Let
newly painted walls cure for at least one to two weeks before applying our vinyl. You want to insure that it is completely dry and
the vinyl will stick.
Can I install lettering on oil based paint or textured walls? TOP
Oil
based paint is not a good surface for wall decals, but with some
persistence, you can get it to stick. Textured walls can also have our
decals applied to them, but every wall is different so you will need to
purchase at your own discretion. If your texture is really rough to the
touch, sandy, or grainy it probably won't adhere well.
Simply
follow our detailed color how-to-apply instructions included with every
order and when you are peeling off the final layer, help your vinyl on
to the wall one section at a time.
How do I apply an overlay? TOP
It
is simple. Just follow the instructions again for the second layer. Be
careful when placing it over the first saying as it sticks more quickly
to its self, so make sure you get it right where you want it, or have
someone help you position it in the right place.
Are the wall decals re-usable? TOP
Our
vinyl wall decals are one-time use only. Once you peel it off, you are not able to
use again. However our chalkboard labels and decals can be repositioned depending
on your placements surface.
Can I use a font not on your list? TOP
Please
email us with your font choice and we will do our best to find it for
you. We only list a handful of fonts for your choosing to eliminate
confusion, but are happy to use other fonts if you ask.
Do you make custom/personalized orders? TOP
Yes. We certainly do. Please email us for a quote and we can discuss options with you.
Do I need to prep my walls? TOP
We recommend that your walls be clean and free from dust before application. Simply wipe them with a wet cloth and dry before applying. By making sure they are dust free, assures that your decals will stick properly and stay adhered for the long term.
How do I remove bubbles in my vinyl? TOP
Sometimes when you apply your vinyl to your surface small bubbles will form. If you can't press them out, simply take a small straight pin and poke a single hole in the vinyl. Then press it smooth.
How long will my vinyl decals last? TOP
Our vinyl is designed to last outdoors for 3 years, so indoors it's life is extended. It will probably last as long as you want it up or until your tastes change.
If your vinyl is placed in direct sunlight, it along with your paint will probably fade over the years.
Do you gift wrap? TOP
Unfortunately, we do not gift wrap at this time. Our items come in so many shapes and sizes, it would be too costly for us to provide packaging to accommodate all the different sizes.
Great packaging ideas:
Placing them in a white shirt box and tie a ribbon around the box.
Rolling them and tying with a string and attached a hand made tag. (make sure you roll them decal side out.)

How long will it take for my order to get to me? TOP
There are a lot of factors involved in estimating when your order will arrive. We do our best to get your order created and shipped to you as soon as we receive it. Please note we are only open and operating Monday-Friday and we only ship on weekdays.
Depending if your order shipped first class mail, or priority mail will determine how long it will take to arrive. If you would like to know how long your order will take to ship out/arrive please contact us for time estimates.

Can I used an expired coupon? TOP
Unfortunately, No. Once a coupon expires our system automatically deletes it and we cannot retrieve it again for you to use. Please make note of the expiration date to ensure you use it before it expires.
Can you make a decal smaller or larger? TOP
Yes, we certainly can. If you see something you love and would like it in a different size simply email us.
Are these safe for kids? TOP
Yes, our vinyl is 100% safe for kids.
We do not suggest hanging them at low levels or within reach of children under the age of 3 due to choking hazards.
We also suggest that they only be applied by adults to ensure they are hung correctly.
What are your business hours? TOP
We answer emails and process orders Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MDT. We are not sometimes available evenings and weekends. All evening and weekend emails will be answered when we return on Monday.
Return Policy TOP
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns. However if the error is on our part we will certainly make it right for you. Please inspect your item when it arrives as we can only honor replacements of wrong/defective products with 30 days of purchase.
